Mohamed Lamaan has resigned from his position as Deputy Managing Director of Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL).

Lamaan confirmed his resignation to One Online on Thursday night.

Speaking about his decision, Lamaan stated that he stepped down after being appointed to a role at another company, though he did not disclose further details.

Lamaan had been serving as DMD since his appointment on February 1, 2024.
