The Maldives Correctional Service (MCS) has announced recruitment for prison officers to serve at Maafushi Prison, Asseyri Prison, and an open prison island.

While the number of vacancies was not disclosed, selected trainees will receive a monthly salary of MVR 15,905 along with additional allowances.

Applicants must be Maldivian citizens aged between 18 and 35, with at least a Level 3 qualification, completion of Grade 10, or participation in the National Service Programme. Candidates must also be in good health, have no criminal record, and not be involved with prohibited substances.

Applications must be submitted through the MCS online portal by 6:00 PM on May 14.
