Tree Top Hospital held a Continuing Medical Education (CME) session this week to raise awareness about the importance of vaccination.

According to the hospital, the session aimed to highlight the vital role vaccines play in protecting individuals and communities. It was led by Senior Consultant Pediatrician at the Health Protection Agency (HPA), Dr. Ahmed Faisal.

During the session, Dr. Faisal emphasized the need for vaccination across all age groups to prevent life-threatening diseases. He also stressed achieving herd immunity, addressing vaccine hesitancy, and strengthening public confidence in immunization programs.

Consultant Pediatrician Dr. Alessandra Martino also spoke, highlighting the responsibility of healthcare workers to educate parents on timely vaccinations for children.
