Hussain Shafeeg has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD) of Maldives Ports Limited (MPL).

The Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB) announced today that Hussain Shafeeg (Registry No. RS 2861) has been appointed to the Board of Directors and the position of CEO/MD of MPL, effective immediately.

This appointment follows the resignation of the previous CEO and MD, Mohamed Rishwan, who stepped down from the post on the 6th of this month.
