President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has stated that he will prioritize serving with justice and fairness in both success and failure. Speaking tonight in Rasdhoo at a ceremony to celebrate the success of People’s National Congress (PNC) candidates from AA. Rasdhoo, Thoddoo, and Ukulhas in the recent Council and Women’s Development Committee elections, the President said that while success should be celebrated, one must remain humble.

While noting the significant victories achieved in the council elections, the President also acknowledged instances of failure, specifically highlighting that the results from the cities represented a major setback.

"Therefore, in both failure and success, my policy is to prioritize justice and fairness," the President said.

The President stated that elected positions are a trust bestowed by the people and represent a profound responsibility. He further added that the government will work very closely with all members elected to councils and Women's Development Committees to serve the citizens.
