Minister of Youth, Ibrahim Waheed has resigned from his post today.

"One" has confirmed that Ibrahim Waheed has resigned from his position as the Minister of Youth. However, the exact reason for his resignation remains unclear.

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu appointed Ibrahim Waheed to the post of Minister of Youth on the first day of this administration, November 17, 2023.

Along with Ibrahim Waheed, a total of 10 ministers have tendered their resignations today.

In addition to the 10 cabinet ministers of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu's administration who resigned today, several heads of state-owned enterprises have also stepped down within this week.
