President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has officially inaugurated the newly developed Skate Park Arena at Usfasgandu in Malé, marking a step forward in youth-focused recreational development.

He was welcomed at the ceremony by Minister of Sports, Fitness and Recreation Abdulla Rafiu, alongside First Lady Sajidha Mohamed. Following the inauguration, skaters from three different age groups demonstrated their skills, highlighting the facility’s potential as a hub for young talent.

The President and First Lady also interacted with participants, taking part in a group photo and touring the arena.
