The Maldives Police Service has stated that the individual reported missing from Malé has not yet been located, six days after his disappearance.

Authorities publicly sought the community's assistance in finding the missing man yesterday.

The individual being sought is Ibrahim Imthiyaz Ali, 30, of H. Favouritevilla, Malé.

Speaking to "One" today, the police confirmed that the man remains missing.

Last night, police reported that Imthiyaz was last seen by family members at home on the 13th of this month between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. The family reported him missing at approximately 5:15 PM on the 17th, noting there had been no contact since he left the residence on the day he was last seen.

Following the report, the police shared his information with all relevant departments and initiated a search operation. However, he has not been found thus far.

The police have requested anyone with information regarding Ibrahim Imthiyaz Ali’s whereabouts to contact the Henveiru Police Station at 9400053 or the police hotline at 3322111.
