The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has today opened applications for Maldivians to secure stalls at the dedicated Ramadan market established in Hulhumalé Phase 2 for the upcoming holy month.
HDC stated that this initiative is part of extensive preparations for Ramadan, aimed at ensuring residents of Hulhumalé Phase 2 have convenient access to various food items.
The stalls in this market will be allocated free of charge. Permitted sales items include fish products, fruits, vegetables, and various other Maldivian food varieties.
According to HDC, application forms for the stalls are now available on the corporation's official website. The submission of forms and the subsequent lucky draw to allocate the stalls will take place next Thursday at 3:30 PM at the HDC Customer Care Office located in Centro Mall.
To provide maximum convenience for Phase 2 residents, the market has been set up in the area between Vinares Tower 8 and the temporary mosque in that vicinity.
