Managing Director of Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) Hamdan Shakeel has said that around 200 flats in Hulhumalé Phase II have not yet been handed over under the Gedhomeowner Scheme.

A total of 4,000 flats were built in Phase II of the scheme. Speaking to One Online, Hamdan said the handover of the remaining 200 flats was postponed at the request of the recipients.

He explained that the recipients include individuals who traveled for Umrah and others who are currently abroad for various reasons.

Hamdan added that all flats have been handed over to FDC, with only the 200 units still pending distribution.
