Ooredoo Maldives has launched its new calendar titled “Tea with Ooredoo,” continuing its tradition of highlighting Maldivian culture, creativity, and everyday experiences.
The company said this year’s calendar celebrates tea, a long-standing cultural practice that brings generations and communities together in the Maldives. In many Maldivian homes, tea is more than just a drink, serving as a daily moment to relax, connect, and spend time with family and friends. The familiar phrase “Hinga Sayah?” reflects this shared tradition across all relationships and occasions.
According to Ooredoo, each month of the calendar features a different type of tea, inspired by local fruits and vegetables found across the country. Each page highlights flavors drawn from Maldivian soil, reflecting the nation’s natural diversity.
Ooredoo Maldives said the calendar aims to keep the tradition of tea alive, emphasizing its role in strengthening bonds both at work and during social gatherings. The calendar has been introduced in desk, wall, and digital formats. The desk calendar also includes a special green tea blend cake infused with local flavors for each month.
A digital version of the calendar will also be made available to the public.
