Hajj Corporation Seeks Contractors for Hulhumale’ Phase II Housing Project

The Maldives Hajj Corporation (MHC) has invited contractors to bid for its Hulhumale’ Phase II housing project.

In an announcement published in the government gazette, MHC said the project will be implemented through contractor financing. Interested parties are now open to submit bids.

According to the Hajj Corporation, registration for the bid will remain open until Monday next week, and the bid opening is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on the second of next month.

A registration fee of MVR 30,000 or USD 2,000 is required to participate in the bid. Contractors must also submit a bid security of MVR 2 million or equivalent in USD.

The housing project developed by the Hajj Corporation has been named Niam Residence.
