President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu is scheduled to meet with residents of Hulhumalé Phase II on Thursday night as part of his ongoing public engagement initiative.
According to the President’s Office, the meeting will take place at 8:30 pm at Salaahuddin School in Hulhumalé Phase II.
The meeting is part of a broader effort by the President to engage directly with citizens, listen to their concerns, and discuss development plans. The initiative was announced during an event marking the second anniversary of the current administration.
So far, the President has met with residents of Vilimalé, Machangolhi, Maafannu, and Henveiru. Further discussions are planned with residents across Malé City, including Vilimalé and Hulhumalé, focusing on development issues affecting the islands.
During the first two years of his administration, the President has visited all the islands of the Maldives and held meetings with the public. These visits also included discussions with local councils and Women’s Development Committees (WDCs).
