The project to develop housing units in three connected islands of Addu City has been awarded to Housing Development Corporation (HDC).

The housing unit development work was awarded to HDC during a meeting held last night between President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and the residents of the connected islands of Addu City.

Under this project, 50 housing units will be developed in Addu City Feydhoo, 50 housing units in Maradhoo, and 100 housing units in Hithadhoo.

The agreement for developing housing units in these islands was signed by Dr. Abdullah Muttalib, Minister of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure, on behalf of the government. Ali Zuhair, Managing Director, signed on behalf of HDC.
