Maldives Transport and Contracting Company Limited (MTCC) has decided to release its third quarter report and financial statement for this year before the 10th of this month.

Under Article 10(c) of the Capital Market Development Authority's regulation (Securities Issuers Information Disclosure Responsibility Regulation), the third quarter report and financial statement for this year must be published by the end of October.

In an announcement released today, MTCC stated that they need additional time to finalize the financial statement for the third quarter of this year.

Therefore, MTCC informed shareholders that the third quarter report and financial statement will be published no later than the tenth day of this month.
