A person has died after falling from Hiyaa Tower 8.

In a message shared with the media today, police said they received information about a person falling from Hiyaa Tower 8 at around 8:32 this morning.

According to available information, the person fell from a window on the fifth floor of the tower.

Police said the person, identified as a male, has been taken to Hulhumalé Hospital.

According to information obtained by "One," the person was already deceased when taken to the hospital.
