Maldives Police Service has identified 716 damaged and long-unused vehicles across different parts of Hulhumalé.

Police conducted a special operation conducted on Tuesday to collect information on abandoned and deteriorating vehicles in the area. The vehicles identified include cars, motorcycles, pickups, and vans.

According to the police, the collected information has been shared with the relevant authorities for further action. The operation was carried out in collaboration with the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation.
