Ooredoo Maldives has partnered with Google Cloud to introduce Google Workspace to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the country.
Google Workspace is a cloud-based productivity platform that includes professional Gmail services, secure cloud storage through Google Drive, and collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. It also features Google Calendar for scheduling and Google Meet and Chat for virtual meetings.
In a statement, Ooredoo Maldives said the initiative reflects its commitment to boosting creativity, efficiency, and teamwork, while providing innovative digital solutions to local businesses. The company will offer flexible licensing options, competitive rates, and local support to ensure a smooth transition for customers.
CEO and Managing Director Khalid Al Hammadi said Ooredoo aims to empower Maldivian businesses to thrive in today’s digital world by offering tools that enhance efficiency, connectivity, and innovation. Chief Business Officer Rajesh Mehta added that the collaboration with Google Cloud will help transform the way businesses operate, enabling them to embrace digital transformation.
