The foundation for the BML Islamic Branch in Th. Vilufushi has been laid, and ATM services have been initiated.

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu officially launched the BML ATM service in Vilufushi during a ceremony held today as part of his tour to the islands of Th. Atoll.

After officially inaugurating the ATM service in Vilufushi, the President presented a commemorative bank card to the Island Council.

The foundation for the BML Islamic Branch was laid by Finance Minister Moosa Zameer, BML Chairperson Ahmed Ali Habeeb, BML CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef, along with the Member of Parliament for Vilufushi constituency Hassan Waheed, and the President of Vilufushi Council.

Under the project to establish BML ATM services in the atolls, ATMs have been installed and services have begun in all inhabited islands of 13 atolls so far.
