Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has been contracted to develop the health centre in Kunburudhoo.

The agreement was signed today at a ceremony held at the Ministry of Health. State Minister for Health Ahmed Qasim signed on behalf of the ministry, while MTCC was represented by Deputy Managing Director Mohamed Jamsheed.

The project, valued at MVR 8.17 million, is scheduled to be completed within 300 days. It includes the construction of a 12-bed facility covering 4,600 square feet.

Once completed, the new health centre will improve healthcare services for Kunburudhoo’s population of 634 residents.
