The outdoor gym in V. Felidhoo has been opened.

The Felidhoo outdoor gym was opened in a ceremony held as part of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu's current trip to V. Atoll.

The Felidhoo outdoor gym was inaugurated by Sports Minister Abdullah Rafiu.

Cabinet ministers, members of the People's Majlis, MTCC Managing Director Ahmed Saudee, Felidhoo Council President, and members of the island council participated in the ceremony.

Felidhoo, with a population of 696 people, is a tourist island. MTCC said that with the opening of the outdoor gym, the island's residents will benefit both health-wise and socially, and it will bring positive changes to the well-being of the island's residents.

The project was awarded to MTCC for MVR 291,000, to be completed in 50 days. The work done under this project includes concrete work and installation of equipment needed for the outdoor gym.
