The Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company (MIFCO) is participating in the China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT 25), held in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, from 8 to 11 September.

A special stall has been set up at the fair to promote MIFCO’s products. According to Aishath Riyaza, General Manager of Local Sales and Marketing, the fair provides an opportunity to showcase MIFCO’s range of products and allow visitors to experience them firsthand. She noted that the main aim of taking part in CIFIT is to expand into international markets, particularly to introduce MIFCO to the Chinese market.

Alongside its participation in CIFIT, MIFCO is also taking part in the Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) Fair, currently being held at Central Park in Hulhumalé. The company’s stall at the local fair has also attracted strong interest from visitors.
