The national carrier has launched a promotional campaign offering special fares for flights to three major Chinese cities.

Under the promotion, return tickets from Malé to Shanghai and Beijing are available for USD 499, while return fares to Chengdu are priced at USD 449. The offer covers travel between 28 November and 15 November.

According to the airline, flight schedules have been designed for passenger convenience, with departures from Malé at night and arrivals in China in the morning. Return flights will also land in the Maldivian capital in the morning.

Chinese authorities grant Maldivian passport holders a 30-day free visa on arrival, making travel more accessible under this promotion.
