An accident in Addu City has resulted in injuries to two children and an adult.

In a message sent to the media tonight, police said that an accident involving two motorcycles was reported at 9:17 PM on Heena Magu in Hithadhoo, Addu City.

Police said that in the accident, a woman riding one of the motorcycles, a 15-year-old boy riding the other motorcycle, and a 16-year-old boy who was a passenger on the second motorcycle were injured.

Police stated that the injured individuals are receiving treatment at Addu Equatorial Hospital. However, details of their injuries are not yet available.

The police are currently investigating the accident.
