Maldivian music band 2ofUs has been appointed as the first official Ambassador for the Visit Maldives brand, the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) announced today.

The appointment marks the launch of the Visit Maldives Ambassadorship programme, aimed at promoting Maldivian talent, culture, and heritage internationally.

2ofUs to fame after securing third place in India's Battles of Bands International and have since performed sold-out shows, including events alongside Bollywood celebrities. The band has toured extensively across the Maldives and is now preparing to audition for Season 19 of Britain’s Got Talent.
