The Maldivian band "2 of Us" has secured a spot in the semi-finals of the Indian reality show "Battle of Bands International".

"2 of Us" secured their place among the six bands in the semi-finals in today's elimination episode.

The six bands that secured spots in the semi-finals in the elimination episode are "2 of Us" from the Maldives, two bands from Mauritius - "Nickel and Gang" and "Avanettes", "Knights" from Sri Lanka, "Dilsay" from Tajikistan, and "Swastik" from Nepal.

Before the elimination episode, "2 of Us" had performed in last night's episode. In that episode, the band's lead vocalist Ahmed Adham presented "Woh Kamliya" by Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal with his own lyrics.

After that performance, the show's guest judge, famous music composer and singer Salim Merchant, praised the performance of "2 of Us". Previously, famous composer Anu Malik had also praised the performance of "2 of Us".

The semi-final performances of "Battle of Bands International" will take place tonight before tomorrow's grand finale.
