Dr. Vitaliy Lyubimov has been dismissed from his position as CEO and Managing Director of MIFCO.

While the Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB) revealed this today, they have not disclosed the date or reason for his dismissal.

Vitaliy, who is from Ukraine, was the first foreigner appointed to the position of CEO of MIFCO. He was appointed to the position on December 9 last year.

According to Vitaliy's LinkedIn profile, he holds a doctorate in Public Administration and a PhD in Economics. Additionally, his profile states that he has 20 years of experience in crisis management and is also an experienced lawyer.

He last worked as the Chief Risk Officer at Invest Cross Capital. Before that, he served as a professor in the Financial and Economic Security Management Department at a Ukrainian university and as a board member and advisor to several companies.

In this government, Ahmed Shamah Rasheed was first appointed as the CEO and Managing Director of MIFCO. However, he was dismissed from the position in May last year amid corruption allegations. After that, the CEO position of MIFCO remained vacant, and they had advertised to find a foreign CEO.
