President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu officially inaugurated Bank of Maldives’ new self-service banking ATM at Dh. Maaenboodhoo at a ceremony held today.
“The introduction of ATM services in Dh. Maaenboodhoo is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance banking accessibility nationwide. With this launch, we are addressing challenges faced by residents due to the absence of an ATM, ensuring they now have easy and reliable access to banking services,” said the Bank’s CEO & Managing Director Mohamed Shareef. “This is part of our Mulhi Raajje ah BML ATM project, our commitment to expanding ATM services across the Maldives.”
This strategic expansion reinforces BML's position as the country’s leading financial institution, with an extensive network comprising 39 branches across all 20 atolls, 96 Self Service Banking Centres, 153 ATMs, comprehensive Agent Banking Services, and advanced Digital Banking solutions.
The Bank continues to demonstrate its commitment to supporting communities nationwide through innovative banking solutions and expanded service accessibility.
