The People's Majlis has approved the individuals nominated by President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu as permanent representatives to the International Maritime Organization (IMO), International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), World Trade Organization (WTO), and Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

Among these individuals, Irthisham is the Maldivian Ambassador to the United Kingdom. Mohamed Hussain Shareef is the Maldivian Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates. Salma is the Permanent Representative of Maldives to the United Nations Offices in Geneva. Sareer is the Maldivian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia.
