A 43-year-old man has been arrested with drugs from Thaa atoll Thimarafushi.

Maldives Police Service said that the arrest was made in a special operation by the Thimarafushi Police Station. And the man had a rubber packet containing suspected drugs on his person.

Police said that the case is being investigated further.
