Civil Court has ruled that the Road Development Corporation (RDC) must pay MVR 648,000 to Biz Solutions Pvt Ltd for services rendered.

The case was filed by Biz Solutions after RDC failed to settle invoices for the services provided. On November 28, RDC acknowledged that MVR 648,000 was due but contested additional claims for trial costs and compensation.

Biz Solutions had sought MVR 45,000 in trial expenses, but RDC argued that the amount was excessive and should not be paid. The court ruled that Biz Solutions failed to provide sufficient evidence to justify the trial costs.

As a result, the Civil Court ordered RDC to pay the confirmed amount of MVR 648,000 within 15 days to settle the dues.
