Ooredoo Maldives has announced a revenue of MVR 2.2 billion for the past year - a 5 percent increase compared to the MVR 2 billion earned in 2023.

According to the company’s financial data, operating expenses for the year reached MVR 1 billion. Before tax deductions, Ooredoo recorded a profit of MVR 809 million, with a net profit of MVR 684 million.

In the fourth quarter (October-December 2018), the company’s revenue rose to MVR 564 million, reflecting a 3.6 percent increase from the MVR 544 million earned in the same period the previous year. Net profit for the fourth quarter stood at MVR 181 million, an 8 percent rise compared to the corresponding period last year.
