The case was registered on August 22, 2024, after it was discovered that the e-signature of the company was allegedly forged.

Emerald Grand Hotel Private Limited was registered with the Ministry of Economic Affairs on May 20, 2019. The company's managing director is Ahmed Sabir, and Ali Fayaz is the most recent addition to its board. Authorities are looking into the matter to determine the details and any potential wrongdoing.
