Maldives Marine Expo has been scheduled for Feburary 6, 2025, at Hulhumale’ Central Park.
This year’s event, called "Koba Thayyaaru" aims to address business challenges in the Maldives by bringing together industries such as marine, construction, aviation, and hotel supplies.
Sham Mohamed, Director of Medium Events, explained that the Expo’s goal is to find solutions to local business issues through collaboration with NGOs. The event, which started in 2014, has grown into a national platform. Companies like Al-Shali and Gulf Craft will showcase boats, making it a key event for the marine industry. In addition to marine products, the Expo will also feature businesses from construction, aviation, and hospitality.
The Expo will include various forums and awareness programs. The Aviation Forum on June 2 will focus on the aviation industry, while the Marine Industry Forum on June 17 will address marine sector challenges. The Hotel Supply Conference will aim to strengthen the tourism industry, and the Construction Industry Forum will discuss construction issues.
From April 24-27, a series of activities will take place at Hulhumale’ Central Park, including kids' events, press tours, and networking opportunities for suppliers. These programs will help raise awareness and engage the local community.
The Maldives Marine Expo 2025 will be a key event for businesses to connect, discuss solutions, and strengthen industry ties.
