A group of residents from Thinadhoo City have protested against the Thinadhoo City Council.

Around 15 people protested in front of the Thinadhoo Council building at noon today, demonstrating against the council and calling for the resignation of Mayor Saud Ali.

The protesters mainly expressed concerns about the delay in completing the city's jetty, the lack of water supply to the flats, and allegations of unfair allocation of flats.

They also accused the council of engaging in theft and corruption.
