The body of the four-month-old child who died in K. Guraidhoo has been brought to Male' and buried today after conducting a postmortem examination.

The male infant died on the night of the 14th of this month in Guraidhoo. Due to suspicious circumstances surrounding the death, the police brought the body to Male' in the early hours of that night. However, the body was sent to India for postmortem examination only last Wednesday.

According to the Funeral Prayer Page, the funeral prayer for the child was held after Asr prayer today at the Hulhumale' Cemetery.

According to information available to "One", the child was already deceased when brought to the island's health center. However, the cause of death is not yet clear. The police have not yet disclosed this information either.
