The Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has advised passengers to arrive at the airport at least three hours before their scheduled departure time.

In a post on X, MACL noted that traffic around the airport and terminal activity is expected to rise, especially with the school mid-term break beginning today. This period traditionally sees an increase in the number of travellers, with many families taking holidays and a significant number of people departing for Umrah in December.

Passengers are encouraged to plan their journey in advance and follow the instructions of airport staff to ensure a smooth travel experience.
