Fathimath Ashan has been appointed as the Managing Director of Fuel Supply Maldives (FSM).

FSM is a company operated under the State Trading Organization (STO).

In a post on X today, STO stated that this is also the first time in the history of the STO Group that a woman has been appointed as the head of a company under the group.

Previously, Ashan has served as the Head of Business Development, Human Resources and Administration at STO. She has also held the position of Senior General at STO.

Subsequently, she also served as the Deputy CEO of MIFCO.
