A registration camp has been initiated for Maldivians living in India, to register for National Health Scheme, Aasandha.

According to a statement by Aasandha on Monday, the “Abroad Registration Camp” has begun at the Maldivian consulate located in Trivandrum. The camp will last till Thursday of the current week.

They also added that such a camp had been previously carried out at the Aasandha office in Sri Lanka. This camp began on March 28th and lasted till April 4th.

Around 2,500 people had registered for the service during that camp.
