Police seized large quantities of alcohol from a Taxi in Fareedhee Magu on Monday.

Bottles of alcohol were wrapped in newspaper and stocked in empty egg and tuna can boxes. Police seized these items after halting the vehicle near Novelty Bookshop in Fareedhee Magu.

A journalist from “One Online” at the scene reported that about four boxes were confiscated, and that one of them had about 10 bottles of alcohol in it.
