A third COVID-19 related death today has raised the total number of COVID-19 related deaths in the country to 154.

One Online has learned that latest deceased is a 56-year-old local woman that was being treated at the medical facility in Hulhumale'.

Two local men that passed away earlier today were of the ages 54 and 47 years. both in treatment at the Hulhumale' Facility. The 54-year-old man person passed away at 2:45 a.m. last night and the 47-year-old man passed away at 5:55 a.m. this morning.

Maldives reported its first COVID-related death on 29 April 2020. The COVID-19 death toll has now reached 154 that consists of 140 locals and 14 foreigners.
