The total number of COVID-19 recoveries has risen to 25,473 after another 146 people have recovered from the illness.
Health Protection Agency (HPA) said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 133 people recovered from COVID-19 raising the total number of recoveries in the country to 25,473 with another 7,109 people still in treatment.
In the same time frame, 734 people have tested positive including 540 people in Male' area and 7 from the resorts. HPA did not clarify numbers in terms of locals and foreigners.
So far, there have been 74 COVID-related fatalities in the Maldives that includes 65 locals, eight Bangladeshi nationals and a man from Philippines and India.
