The total number of COVID-19 recoveries has risen to 22,166 after another 152 people have recovered from the illness.
Health Protection Agency (HPA) said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 152 people recovered from COVID-19 raising the total number of recoveries in the country to 22,166 with another 3,062 people still in treatment.
In the same time frame, 113 people have tested positive including 56 people in Male' area and 11 from the resorts. HPA did not clarify numbers in terms of locals and foreigners.
So far, there have been 67 COVID-related fatalities in the Maldives that includes 60 locals, six Bangladeshi nationals and a man from Philippines.
