Health Protection Agency (HPA) has revealed that a total of 9,770 people have been vaccinated for the coronavirus today.

HPA said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 9,770 people have been vaccinated bringing the total number of vaccinations in the Maldives to 198,206.

Among these, 5,859 people were vaccinated in the Greater Male' Area while 3,911 people were vaccinated in the atolls. Total vaccinations in Male' area are 111,695 while total vaccinations in the atolls stand at 86,511.

Vaccinations are provided at IGMH, ADK, Hulhumale' Hospital, Tree Top Hospital, Villimale' Hospital as well as the social center. Vaccinations are also now available from atoll hospitals.
