Health Protection Agency (HPA) has revealed that a total of 6,170 people have been vaccinated for the coronavirus today.

HPA said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 6,170 people have been vaccinated bringing the total number of vaccinations in the Maldives to 157,813.

Among these, 2,186 people were vaccinated in the Greater Male' Area while 3,984 people were vaccinated in the atolls. Total vaccinations in Male' area are 91,279 while total vaccinations in the atolls stand at 66,534.

Vaccinations are provided at IGMH, ADK, Hulhumale' Hospital, Tree Top Hospital, Villimale' Hospital as well as the social center. Vaccinations are also now available from atoll hospitals.
