Health Protection Agency (HPA) has revealed that a total of 6,941 people have been vaccinated for the coronavirus today.

HPA said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 6,941 people have been vaccinated bringing the total number of vaccinations in the Maldives to 145,768.

Among these, 2,154 people were vaccinated in the Greater Male' Area while 4,787 people were vaccinated in the atolls. Total vaccinations in Male' area are 87,045 while total vaccinations in the atolls stand at 58,723.

Vaccinations are provided at IGMH, ADK, Hulhumale' Hospital, Tree Top Hospital, Villimale' Hospital as well as the social center. Vaccinations are also now available from atoll hospitals.
