The total number of COVID-19 recoveries has risen to 14,337 after another 74 people have recovered from the illness.
Health Protection Agency (HPA) said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 74 people recovered from COVID-19 raising the total number of recoveries in the country to 14,337 with another 1,879 people still in treatment.
In the same time frame, 121 people have tested positive including 102 people in Male' area and 15 from the resorts. HPA did not clarify numbers in terms of locals and foreigners.
So far, there have been 53 COVID-related fatalities in the Maldives that includes 46 locals, six Bangladeshi nationals and a man from Philippines.
