The total number of COVID-19 recoveries has risen to 13,916 after another 32 people have recovered from the illness.
Health Protection Agency (HPA) said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 32 people recovered from COVID-19 raising the total number of recoveries in the country to 13,916 with another 1,273 people still in treatment.
In the same time frame, 145 people have tested positive including 93 people in Male' area and 36 from the resorts. HPA did not clarify numbers in terms of locals and foreigners.
So far, there have been 51 COVID-related fatalities in the Maldives that includes 44 locals, six Bangladeshi nationals and a man from Philippines.
