Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has launched an investigation into a disciplinary issue of the Chief Magistrate Ibrahim Nafees Hussain of Maradhoo-Feydhoo, Addu City.

JSC today said that that Magistrate Nafees Hussain is being investigated following a case alleging that he did not give a defendant the chance to appoint their legal representative.

And so, a decision was made to look further and a commission was formed to investigate at the JSC Committee meeting yesterday.
