Minister for Economic Developmnet Uz. Fayyaz Ismail said that there are opportunities for foreigners to come to Maldives and study marine biology.

Speaking at an event held at Mandhoo College today, Minister Fayyaz said that there are various areas where people could work and be trained in.

Uz. Fayyaz noted that the Economic Ministry will give high priority to the development of education in Maldives. He further reiterated that Maldives should be a place where foreigners could come and get an education.

He highlighted that the marine biodiversity is Maldives is a field where studies could be conducted. He said therefore, that there is an opportunity for foreigners to come to Maldives and get an education in such fields.
